A cappella choir

 Katie is doing choir this year!   Yeah!   We have missed going to the choir concerts since Christian graduated.   It has been fun for her to do this together with best buddy Madison.    She had a choir retreat on Vashon Island a few weeks ago and then her first concert last week.   Fun times.. oh, and getting a dozen red roses at her first concert was pretty sweet :)

New Buddy

Preston has a new buddy.   Jaylen Edgley and his wonderful family moved into the neighborhood a few months ago.  These two really like to play together...I think Preston enjoys telling Jaylen what to do and little Jaylen, age 3,  likes having someone older to hang out with.    It works out pretty good.

Curtis Homecoming 2011

Homecoming was so great!! Curtis High School had the Homecoming assembly on Wednesday night, the football game on Friday, and then the dance Saturday night.  It was quite the week!! On Saturday, I had such a great time... to sum it up-
